Sellers who live out of state
A large share of the homes we sell belong to people who are not in Florida. Handing a sale to someone you have never met takes trust, so being reachable matters more than anything else.
When I needed to sell my mobile home in Florida, I was living in South Carolina. Being 350 miles away was inconvenient and anxiety riddled… Brenton was always available, answered all my questions, alleviated my doubts, and handled everything with professionalism. Although it took a little more than a month, I got a very good price, the buyers AND sellers were happy and I never had to leave SC.
He sold my mobile home in less than three days that I had asked him for help… I live out of state and my home was in Florida and I never met him in person and he kept his word and sold my home and sent me a check. He is a man of his words.
I live out of state and he made this process and transaction for us very efficient… The team he uses to take pictures helped sell our property fast as we had numerous amounts of showings, that they screen for qualified buyers, within the first few days!
When someone else could not sell it
Quite a few of our listings came to us after another agent, broker or the owner had already tried.
After 15 months on the market and no offers, Brenton was able to close a deal in 30 days. We are very appreciative… for his flexibility in working with us and his increased marketing exposure. The quality photos really did make a difference.

I will admit that we were skeptical but since he was only signing up for 30 days it seemed like a reasonable chance to take… In THREE HOURS, he sent us a text that he had a full price offer. Two days later, there was a second full price offer… in less than 3 weeks, the house was sold and the money was in our bank.
Brenton is top notch. He sold our house in just 9 days. We highly recommend him!

Photography and price
I’ve used other organizations in the past and they charged too much, their pictures were taken with a cell phone and their marketing was poor. FMHS was professional at every step… They hired a professional photographer and took drone pictures so potential buyers could see detailed location pictures.
Really did a fantastic job selling our older mobile home. The pictures made it look incredible and the listing was great. He really went above and beyond and sold the house for more than we expected. We literally did nothing. He took care of everything.
My guy is a bulldog; Will work his tail off for you to get you the best price that he can… He will be straightforward and not blow smoke as some brokers would. UPDATE!! He has now sold TWO of my properties for me.
Complicated situations
