Florida Mobile Home Solutions is a licensed mobile home brokerage working across the entire state. Mobile and manufactured homes are the only thing we do. We list them for sellers at a flat $2,500 fee, and when speed matters more than price, we buy them for cash.

We are licensed by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, license BH 1149137-1, which is the license that authorizes brokering these transactions. It is not the same as a real estate license, which is why most agents cannot take these listings and why we can.

Who you will be dealing with

Brenton Basinger, Founder and President

Brenton founded the company and holds the broker license. Because the license sits with him, he handles the closings personally, and he is the one who will tell you honestly whether your home is better sold listed or sold for cash. He is reachable any time, but you will not need to chase him to get things moving.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and two master’s degrees, in entrepreneurship and applied technologies and in business analytics and information systems, all from the University of South Florida. He has lived in Pasco County for over a decade and serves on the Pasco County Jobs and Economic Opportunities Committee, appointed by the Board of County Commissioners.

Marie Cimafranca, Operations Manager

Marie runs the day to day, and for most sellers she is the main point of contact from the first call onward. She handles the listing agreement, schedules the photographer, arranges and confirms showings, keeps you updated on activity and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks between an offer and a closing.

She brings 25 years in sales and customer support, including four years managing seller leads for real estate businesses before joining us, and a degree in accountancy. You do not need to ask for Brenton to get something done. Marie can answer almost anything about your listing on the spot.

The rest of the team

Behind the two of them is the rest of our team, and their job is a simple one: answer the phone, and call people back.

That sounds obvious until you look at how most of this business actually runs. A lot of mobile home brokers are one person with a cell phone. When they are out at a showing or already on a call, your buyer gets voicemail. And a buyer who gets voicemail calls the next listing.

Honestly, that is part of the secret. We answer, and we call back.

What we handle

Mobile homes come with situations that a standard real estate transaction does not, and we have worked through most of them:

• Homes in parks and communities, including 55+ communities and the park approval process that comes with them
• Homes on private land that need to be moved, where the land is not part of the sale
• Inherited homes and estates, often with owners out of state
• Homes needing repairs, where other agents have already said no
• Owners facing foreclosure, rising lot rent or a move that cannot wait
• Retired titles that have to be reinstated before a sale can close

How we work

• A flat $2,500 listing fee, paid only at closing. If your home does not sell, you owe nothing.
• A thirty day agreement, then cancel any time by phone or email. No fee, no notice period.
• Professional photography and drone coverage on every listing, paid for by us.
• Syndication to twelve platforms, including the MLS and the mobile home specific marketplaces.
• A weekly performance report showing views, inquiries, showings and how your price compares to what is selling.
• Statewide coverage. Tampa Bay, Orlando, Jacksonville, Ocala, Lakeland, Fort Myers, Sarasota, the Space Coast, the Panhandle and everywhere between.
