What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in a form or call us, that usually means your name, phone number, email address, and details about a mobile home such as its address, age, condition and whether it sits in a park.
Information collected automatically. Your IP address, browser, device type and the pages you view, through Google Analytics. This is aggregate traffic data and we do not use it to identify you personally.
Records of our conversations. Emails, text messages and notes from calls, kept in our customer records so we know what was discussed.

We do not take payments on this website, we do not run a store, and there is no account to register for.

Text messages

We do send text messages, so this section matters. Read it.

How you opt in. By giving us your mobile number on a form or in conversation, you agree that we may text you about your mobile home and your inquiry.
What we send. Messages about your property, your listing, offers, scheduling and questions. Message frequency varies depending on what is happening with your home.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or call (727) 201-0189. Opting out of texts does not remove you from email or stop us calling, and it does not affect your sale.
We do not share your mobile number. Mobile opt in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. This applies regardless of anything else in this policy.
Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cookies and advertising

This website uses cookies for analytics and advertising. We use Google Analytics to measure traffic, and Google Ads remarketing, which means Google and similar vendors may show you our ads on other sites after you have visited ours. These vendors use cookies based on your past visits. We do not collect personally identifying information through remarketing.

You can opt out of personalized Google advertising through Google Ads Settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

We do share it with the service providers who help us run the business, and only so they can do that work: our website host, our email and text messaging providers, our customer records system, and analytics and advertising providers as described above. If you list a home with us, the details of the listing are published to the marketplaces where the home is advertised, which is the point of listing it.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our safety, or the safety of others. If the company were ever sold or merged, customer information would transfer with it and we would tell you before it became subject to a different policy.

Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts
Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email, or reply and ask
Ask us to delete your information by calling or emailing us. We will do it unless we are required to keep records of a completed transaction

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you give us. No website or system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. Please do not send bank account numbers, card numbers or Social Security numbers through the website forms or by text. If sensitive details are genuinely needed for a closing, we will tell you a secure way to send them.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

California residents

Under the California Online Privacy Protection Act, we tell you plainly what we collect and let you request changes or deletion at any time by contacting us. We honor browser Do Not Track signals to the extent that our analytics and advertising providers support them. We do not sell personal information as that term is commonly understood.
